Re the list of 22 Rules for Knights: I'm struck by how women would also benefit from following those rules. Would women implement them differently than men? Would women apply these rules to different situations than men would? Absolutely yes and yes. But there is no doubt in my mind that women should implement these practices too.

You make the case that these rules would make men better, as men. Would they make women better, as women? That's worth thinking about. My intuition says "yes." But I'm open to be persuaded otherwise.
